Description of Services

  1. Services Available for Users (Without an Account):
    • We provide You with 3 times free of charge access to the ProFaceFinder platform, allowing You to conduct comprehensive scans of online spaces to ascertain the presence and utilization of Your image on various open websites.
  2. Services for Users (With an Account):
    • Pro Plan: 100 searches per month, standard search speed, basic customer support, access to ProFaceFinder mobile app, monthly usage reports.
    • Premium Plan: Unlimited searches, priority search speed, 24/7 premium customer support, access to ProFaceFinder mobile app and desktop software, detailed analytics and reporting, advanced search filters, monthly and weekly usage reports.

Use of Services

  • You must provide valid contact information during registration and promptly update it as necessary.
  • We represent only the search engine and bear no responsibility for the quality of search results or the content of associated websites.
  • Users must use the Services solely for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes. Uploading photographs of others is only allowed if it complies with applicable legal norms.
  • Privacy is paramount, and we reserve the right to monitor User searches. Illegal use of the Services will result in termination and potential monetary damages.

Payments and Settlements

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • To ensure secure processing of online payments, ProFaceFinder uses reputable third-party entities.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy stated above.

Refund Policy

At ProFaceFinder, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refund Period:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within the calendar month following the purchase.
  2. Conditions for Refund:
    • Pro Plan: Refunds are not available if you have executed at least one search query or set up at least one alert during the refund period.
    • Premium Plan: Refunds are not available if you have executed at least one search query, set up at least one alert, or placed an order to send a Takedown Notice during the refund period.
  3. Account Deactivation:
    • Refunds are not available if you have opted to delete your account.
  4. Illegal Activities:
    • Refunds are not provided if you have engaged in activities that violate our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or our Privacy Policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event of exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to assess each refund request individually. We will use the principles of good faith and ethical business practices as guiding criteria in the evaluation process.
